This course (8 lessons/week) is offered at all levels, from beginner to advanced, and also introduces written script, to help with activities such as shopping at the market and navigating public transport. Egyptian Colloquial Arabic is the most widely understood spoken version of the language. |

Modern Standard Arabic Course (MSA) |

If you want to learn to read and write Arabic as it is found in the media across the Middle East, then this course is best suited to your needs. This course comprises 10 lessons/week, and also introduces some classical literature. |

Visa Information
All students who want to learn Arabic in Egypt require a visa. However, for citizens of most countries, it is very simple to acquire a visa, and you do not have to do so before you travel. The simplest and best way is to buy a tourist visa in one of the banks in the arrival hall of Cairo Airport, before you proceed through immigration. This visa is valid for 4 weeks, and if you are staying longer, our school can advise you on how to extend your visa. Please note that students from South Africa, Israel, Malaysia, Indonesia, Iran and India may not be able to buy a visa on arrival.
