Location
With its breathtaking views, cultural heritage and stylish architecture, Barcelona makes an excellent choice for a Spanish language holiday for over 50s. With a clean and efficient metro system, the wonders of the Gothic Quarter, Sagrada Familia and Olympic Stadium are all within easy reach.
Course
There are 15 Spanish lessons each week, 3 each morning Monday to Friday. Class sizes are small with a maximum class size of 12 students. All teachers are fully qualified and experienced in the teaching of Spanish as a foreign language.
Accommodation
The school can arrange accommodation for you with one of their carefully selected host families. For mature students who require their own bathroom, our school can arrange accommodation with an “Executive” host family. If you prefer self catering, then private studio apartments are also available.
Activities
Each afternoon and evening, the school arranges a special program of visits to places of interest in Barcelona (welcome cocktail, city tour, guided tour of Gothic quarter, Barcelona visit museum, visit to Sagrada Familia, Picasso museum, flamenco show).
Transfers
Optional airport transfers from/to Barcelona airport are available for an additional charge. Discounts available for 2 people travelling together.

This program is ideal for mature students wanting to study Spanish in the beautiful surroundings of Cataluna’s modern, thriving capital.
