The school has a well-equipped multi-media room, which has free Internet access, including wireless access. Your French course can be 12, 20 or 30 lessons/week, depending on how much French you want to learn during your time in Chambery. Our school in Chambery can arrange accommodation in shared student apartments, in a student residence, private studio apartments, or else in carefully selected French host families. Staying with a French host family helps you learn the French language more quickly, as well as learn about French culture, and the way of life in the Alps. |
At our school in Chambery, not only will you have the chance to learn French in the Alps, but also to explore the region and learn about French lifestyle in this part of the France, through the cultural program organised by the school. This program includes visits, excursions, sporting and cultural activities, including weekend snowboarding and skiing trips. The school also organises weekend excursions outside the Alps, to Cannes, Monaco, Nice, the Loire Valley and even to Venice. Chambéry has a small airport, but most students fly to Lyon Airport (from where there is a direct train and coach service to Chambery), or else to Geneva Airport. Our school can also arrange airport collection from these airports. |
