Paris is the natural choice for anyone wishing to learn French. All three of our French language schools in Paris offer French language courses in the heart of Paris. As you learn French at our language school, you will have the opportunity to explore everything that Paris has to offer. Our Paris (Arc de Triomphe) school, organises daily excursions around the city, accompanied by your course program teacher, to world-famous sights such as the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, and the Louvre Museum. There are also weekend excursions to other parts of France, to help you use the French that you learn on your course. With so much happening in Paris and so many places to visit, anyone on a French language program at our school will always have somewhere to go and something to do, to practise the French that they learn on the course.

Our Paris (Arc de Triomphe) school is located in centre of Paris, just 20 minutes’ walk from the Arc de Triomphe. The French language program takes place in 9 well-equipped classrooms. To help students learn French, our school also has a multi-media language centre.
Courses
The French language program at our school in Paris includes courses of 1 week up to a 48 week long-term course, in group, mini-group, private lessons or on a ‘Combined Course’ (combining private lessons with group classes). The school also offers a Business French course for students who want to learn French for work purposes, as well as a Work Experience program, placing students in local French companies.

Accommodation
Accommodation is available in carefully selected French host families, private studio apartments, a student residence and university residence. Our school in Paris advises students who want to learn as much French as possible during their time in Paris, to stay in a French host family, as the family will speak French to them, thus helping them practise the French that they learn on the course.

Activities
Like our other schools in Paris, our Paris (Arc de Triomphe) school organises a program of activities. However, at our Paris (Arc de Triomphe) school this activities program is particularly extensive. There are guided visits to places of interest within Paris every day (Monday to Friday), accompanied tutors – to Montmartre, Champs Elysees, the Louvre, Sorbonne, the Latin Quarter and many more. There are also regular wine and cheese evenings in the school, visits to the opera and theatre, regular seminars on French culture, customs and history, as well as full day weekend excursions to other parts of France. The activities program is not only extremely interesting and enjoyable, but also helps students practise out of class the French that they learn on their French language program.
How to get there
Our Paris (Arc de Triomphe) school can arrange airport transfers from any Paris Airport or train station, if you would like to be met on arrival and taken to your accommodation.

I immediately fell in love with Paris and could imagine myself living there- I couldn't ask to have studied French in a better city! All of the marvelous sites surrounding you - the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe so close to school, the world famous Louvre museum and Notre Dame nearby, and such an energetic and cosmopolitan atmosphere... who wouldn't want to live in Paris?
Whether walking down the remarkable avenue Champs Elysses to window shop through all of the top fashion stores, or relaxing underneath the beautiful Paris night sky at the Palais de Chaillot, on the right bank of the Seine river, watching the Eiffel Tower and the glistening city landscape, I had an amazing time in Paris!
