The wonderful thing about Guadeloupe as a location in which to learn French is that this beautiful Caribbean island offers the opportunity not only to learn French in the sun, but also to do so much more! It is just a 50 metre walk from our school to a beautiful sandy beach – one of the best in Guadeloupe – where you can go snorkelling, sailing, scuba-diving, windsurfing, or just relax in the sun! Guadeloupe has countless beautiful palm-fringed Caribbean beaches, incredible coral reefs, waterfalls and areas of tropical rainforest, preserved within an extensive National Park.

Our school Guadeloupe is located in Sainte Anne, a small town of just 20,000 inhabitants, on the South coast of the island. Sainte Anne is famous for its beautiful beaches. Our school is situated just 50 metres from the beach. All 5 classrooms are air-conditioned and well equipped with TV, video and audio facilities. There is also Internet access for students. Students at our school in Sainte Anne can learn French on a ‘Standard’ French language course (20 lessons/week), or else on an ‘Intensive’ French language course (30 lessons/week). You can also enrol on a ‘TEF Examination Preparation Course’ of 30 lessons/week. Our school is an accredited examination centre for this internationally recognised exam. All the French lessons at our school in Guadeloupe have a maximum of just 6 students per class, providing lots of personal attention to each and every student. For students in their fifties and over who wish to learn French with students of a similar age, our French language school in Sainte Anne offers ‘Club 50+’ French courses. This course combines a French language course with a program of visits and activities, including a cookery course, a Salsa barbeque evening, 2 half day excursions and one full day excursion. |

Our school arranges accommodation with carefully selected French-speaking Guadeloupian host families and in private studio apartments. To help you use the French language skills that you learn on the course, as well as to ensure that you enjoy your stay in Guadeloupe, our school will be happy to recommend dance classes (African and Salsa), Creole cookery classes, sailing, scuba diving and windsurfing. Our school in Guadeloupe also arranges ‘conversation exchanges’ with local Guadeloupans learning English, to help you meet local people and practise your French. |
