Learn Spanish in Conil de la Frontera, Spain
Learn Spanish in Conil de la Frontera, a stunning town on the Costa de Luz (so-called because the area benefits from more than 3,200 hours of sunlight every year)! This traditional pueblo blanco (white-washed village) was originally an important fishing village, and the old town has retained its typically Spanish character, with white-washed buildings and narrow, cobbled streets. With 16 km of white, sandy beaches and a mild climate all year round (average temperatures during the months of December through to February are 16-18 °C), Conil de la Frontera is the perfect coastal location in which to study Spanish! Conil de la Frontera is also the perfect base from which to explore the many unspoilt beaches and towns along the coast, including beautiful Vejer de la Frontera and the famous surfer’s paradise of El Palmar.

Examples of typical activities include guided tours of the town; tapas tours; trips to local villages such as Vejer de la Frontera, Caños de Meca, Zahara de los Atunes, Zahara and Barbate; whale-watching in Tarifa; visits to El Palmar beach; visits to the Roman ruins at Bolonia; and visits to a sherry (or Fino) bodegas in Jerez to find out about the production of this local drink.
How to get there
We can arrange airport transfers from Jerez Airport if required, although this service is not included in the course price. Contact us for details!
