Location
Spend the summer learning German, taking part in exciting activities and making friends in scenic Spitzingsee! Set between the dramatic, forested mountains of the Alps and the sparkling lake, this is a small, friendly town. What’s more, the incredible city of Munich lies just to the north. This German course for Young Students on Lake Spitzingsee takes place in a converted hotel, where you will also live. Enjoy the convenience of on-site accommodation, as well as the TV room, garden, fitness room and even a sauna!
CourseTeachers at the school are all well-qualified, native Germans teachers, giving you the best tuition possible. The program consists of 20 German lessons each week, so even if you just stay for 1 week, you’ll still pick up plenty of new vocabulary! What’s more, studying with classmates from all over the world, you’ll make lots of new international friends!

Accommodation
The on-site residence has 3 and 4-bed rooms, each with their own shower and toilet. From your balcony, you’ll be treated to beautiful views, either of shimmering Lake Spitzingsee or the majestic mountains to the rear of the residence. Each day you’ll have 3 meals in the on-site cafeteria (except when packed lunches are provided on excursions).
Level of supervisionStaff are present at the residence 24 hours a day and all activities are carefully supervised. Older students are afforded a little more independence though.

ActivitiesWith the lake just moments away and stunning countryside all around, you can enjoy some amazing activities on this German course for Young Students on Lake Spitzingsee! Go hiking, biking, raft-building or, for a little extra, try kayaking, climbing or swimming in a mountain river! In the evening, relax and socialise with other students at school discos, barbecues and movie-nights, or tell stories around the flickering camp fire.
TransfersRepresentatives of our school will collect you from Munich Airport, or from one of its three train stations, free of charge!
