Location
Our summer camp in Barcelona is situated in a prosperous area of the city, with open green spaces nearby. It is a great place from which teenagers can explore all the culture, history and atmosphere of this fine city, whilst they study on this Spanish course for Young Students.
The school has sports facilities, an extensive garden and terrace area, cafeteria, games room, TV lounge, computer room and library, so you'll have everything you need on-campus!
CourseStudents have 20 Spanish lessons every week, divided into four 45-minute lessons each day, Monday to Friday. There are never more than 12 students per class, meaning that students receive lots of personal attention and can make rapid progress with Spanish. In lessons, the emphasis is on communicating in Spanish, encouraging students to use their language skills outside of classes.

ActivitiesA full range of activities is on offer to students every afternoon and evening, following their Spanish lessons in the mornings. Activities like athletic competitions, discos, talent contests and a variety of sports help students to enjoy themselves and get to know other students, including Spanish teenagers, who join up with international students in the afternoons.
The school also organizes half-day trips, when students can experience Antonio Gaudi’s unique Park Guell and the exciting Tibidabo Amusement Park, as well as other nearby attractions.
Once every weekend, full-day trips are run by the school, giving students the chance to get a more complete picture of Spain and Spanish culture. They can visit the picturesque city of Sitges, which has 17 sandy beaches, and the historic city of Tarragona, where there are many relics from Roman times.
TransfersTransfers from Barcelona airport are available on request, at a small extra cost. Our school’s representatives wait for students in the arrivals lounge.
