 2. BOOK A COURSE WITH A FRIEND!

If you book a course with a friend or relative, we will give you both a discount! You can even combine this discount with any of our Special Offers, to make twice the saving!

You don’t need to share accommodation, or even go to the same location. You simply need to book at the same time and claim this discount at the time you make your booking.

 3. LOW COST LOCATIONS

Choose a low-cost location, where the course and accommodation fees are less! For example, learn Spanish in Salamanca or Guatemala, French in Nice or Toulouse, German in Hamburg or Italian in Naples.

 4. VOLUNTEER WORK

You will learn more if you can stay in the country longer. We can arrange for you to do Volunteer Work after you have finished your course.

Volunteer Work allows you to stay longer, with minimal costs.

 5. WORK PLACEMENT

We can arrange paid and unpaid work placements. For example, you can attend a French course at our Paris Option 2 school, followed by a period of work placement in the school.

During your work placement, you can continue to attend the language course FREE of charge! You can do the same type of work placement at our schools in Barcelona, Pisa and in San Giovanni (Tuscany).

Or, we can arrange paid work placements in the hotel and catering industry, or specialist work placement in a field that you are qualified for or
experienced in.

 6. MULTI- STAY LOCATIONS

You can sometimes combine 2 or 3 locations for the price of one course! For example, you can divide a 4-week course between 2 locations, just paying for one 4-week course, which is cheaper than paying for two 2-week courses! Or, divide a 6-week course, or longer, between 3 different locations. This ‘Multi-Stay’ option is possible with the following combinations:

 7. ACCOMMODATION

Stay in self-catering accommodation, which is normally the cheapest option.

Also, it’s cheaper to share a room than stay in a single room. In most cases (depending on location), you can stay in a twin room, even if you are travelling alone. Our school will then place a student of the same gender as you in the room, for you to share with. Please check whether this is possible, when you make your booking.

By choosing a twin (shared) room in a self-catering apartment, you can save substantially on your accommodation costs.

 8. TRAVEL

Fly with low-cost airlines, if possible. Many of our schools are in locations that low-cost airlines fly to.

 9. CREDIT CARD or DEBIT CARD?

Think about how you pay for your course. For UK students, paying with a debit card rather than a credit card will save you money, as there are no bank charges on UK debit cards if you are paying in pounds sterling.
