The school<\/a> provided us with all the information we needed about the concert, and we went and booked the tickets ourselves! What an achievement, we managed to communicate with the booking office without the aid of a guidebook or an Italian teacher!<\/p>\nAnd that is the difference, this course teaches you how to speak in real life situations and the teachers are all experts in communication. There is nothing dry about the lessons at all. Being here in Sorrento, using the language that I learn in class, every day in the street and with my Italian host family, I really learn new vocabulary every day and can insert it into my everyday living experience and see that learning a language is not in fact an alien or super difficult process that is beyond me!<\/p>\n
The beauty of speaking Italian here is that you can instantly check if real Italians understand you and if they usually DO!!… so it really means you are speaking their language!<\/p>\n

Tomorrow evening I\u2019m going out with few other students to a concert in the St. Francesco Cloister, this is right next to my school and in front of it is one of the most amazing views in the world. (Sorrento has just so many amazing views!)
