Playa de la Concha<\/em><\/p><\/div>\n

So far I\u2019ve been in San Sebastian for a little over one month. As mentioned in my intro<\/strong><\/a> I am here with Apple Languages<\/strong> to focus on pushing my Spanish language skills to the next level! Whilst I\u2019m here I will be exploring the city and letting you in on what it\u2019s really like to live and study Spanish in San Sebastian<\/a>!<\/p>\n

The city is famous for its surfing and of course with this comes the three main beaches:<\/p>\n

  1. Playa de Zurriola<\/li>\n
  2. Playa de la Concha<\/li>\n
  3. Playa de Ondaretta<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Zurriola<\/h3>\n

    This is where all of the surfers go! It\u2019s big enough so that all of the newbies to the sport stay on one side of the beach. Those more experienced surfers tackle the heavier waves on the other side. If surfing\u2019s not your thing\u2026 or if there\u2019s flat calm water, Zurriola is the perfect place to watch a San Sebastian sunset…<\/p>\n
