French and Diving/Kitesurfing in Fort-de-France

Located between the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean, Martinique is surrounded by dazzling turquoise waters of a glorious 28 degrees Celsius, which are tempting for both kite surfers and divers alike. Our school is situated in the port town of Fort-de-France, a popular destination for avid water-sports enthusiasts, and offers you the opportunity to combine your French studies with either kitesurfing or diving lessons. Whether you are an expert or simply want to make the most of your time on the island and try something new, we can certainly find the perfect language and water-sports course for you!
French and Diving
Our French and diving course consists of 20 Intensive French lessons each week, which take place in the mornings.
Diving practice will take place on 3 afternoons each week. Each diving lesson lasts 3 hours, and the programme will be adapted to your level. All instruction is given by fully-qualified professionals and groups are kept small to ensure full understanding of instruction given.
Course duration: 1-2 weeks
Level: Both French and diving lessons are suitable for students of all levels, from beginner to advanced.
French and Kitesurfing
Our French and kitesurfing course combines Intensive language learning with kitesurfing practice. You will receive 20 group French lessons per week (4 per day), which take place in the mornings.
In addition to your French lessons, you will have 3 kitesurfing lessons per week, each of which lasts 3 hours. All instruction is given by fully-qualified professionals and groups are kept small (maximum of 4 students) to ensure full understanding of instruction given.
Our French and kitesurfing course is available all year round, except in the months of September and October.

Level: Our French and kitesurfing course is suitable for students of all levels, whether you are a complete beginner or an expert!
- You can stay with a local family for the chance to practise your French skills as much as possible. Choose between bed and breakfast, half-board or full-board options.
- Alternatively, opt to stay in one of the school’s guesthouses on a bed and breakfast basis, which will give you an ideal opportunity to socialise with other guests over a morning meal.
- For more independence during your stay in Fort-de-France, you can stay in one of our school’s studio apartments.
Each week, our school in Fort-de-France organise a comprehensive programme of cultural activities for all students. Some of the activities offered may be French film clubs, guided tours, weekend excursions to nearby points of interest, food tasting, sports activities. All activities are completely optional and many will require a minimum number of participants in order to proceed.
How to get there
Most flights from Europe are via Paris. Fly into Aimé Cesaré International Airport in Fort-de-France. We can arrange airport transfers at an additional cost, if required.
