German and Skiing
Reaching St Anton from our school in Lindau couldn’t be easier - the direct train from Lindau takes just over an hour. St Anton has some of the best skiing Austria has to offer, and draws skiers from all over the world. Oberstdorf, home to the annual Ski Jumping World Cup, is also easily accessible from our school, and offers varied skiing, including some challenging runs.

Activities
Two activities per week are included in the course fees, including guided walks, bicycle tours, bowling and barbecues by the lake.
Optional extras include sports (skiing, horse riding and sailing) and excursions (to Meersburg, the oldest castle in Germany, plus Munich, and Zurich). Twice a month in the ski season, the school organises a ‘Winter Tag’ excursion to the Alps for activities such as snowshoeing and tobogganing.
Transfers
To get to Lindau, you can fly to Friedrichshafen (daily flights from London Stansted). Friedrichshafen is just 20 minutes from Lindau. Alternatively, fly to Zurich, Munich or Stuttgart Airport. You can take the train to Lindau, or request an airport transfer. Please contact us for more information.
