Our French language school has recently moved to a beautiful newly renovated building, located just a short walk from historic centre of Aix en Provence, close to the Torse Gardens. The transport facilities are fantastic, with a bus stop directly in front of the school. The new school is situated on 3 floors and has a charming garden at the back and 2 terraces where students can sit in the sunshine and relax. There are 16 modern classrooms with air-conditioning, a multi-media room with Internet access and there is an elevator and wheelchair access, especially to cater for any students with reduced mobility.

There is a wide choice of programmes at our school in Aix-en-Provence, so you can learn French whatever your requirements and interests! As well as general French language courses, our school in Aix offers a Business French course and a Work Experience programme. If you wish to learn as much French as possible during your stay, then we would always recommend you to stay with a French host family. This will give you the chance to get to know the local people and to practise the French language skills that you learn in class, on a daily basis. Our school carefully selects and monitors the French host families and hosts and has a great relationship with them. Breakfast or half-board is available in this type of accommodation.
If you would like the chance to practise French as much as possible, but on a self-catering basis, then you can request to stay with a ‘French host’, where you will have access to the kitchen to prepare your own meals.
Alternatively, fully equipped studio apartments are also available in the student residence, located within walking distance of our school. This option is ideal for students who are looking for more privacy.
Our school in Aix-en-Provence organises a fantastic weekly cultural programme to help students practice the French language skills that they learn on their course and so that you can quickly get to know each other and discover the city.
Activities include guided tours and local walks, cookery classes, wine and cheese tastings, painting lessons, horse-riding, Pétanque as well as excursions to historical sights, attractions and places of interest around Provence! The cultural programme gives you plenty of chance to explore the beauty of Provence and experience the way-of-life in this wonderful part of France and with all of the additional practise outside of the classroom, you will be communicating fluently in French in no time at all!
