- 16 French lessons per week
- Five activities, or four surfing/body-boarding lessons each week. Experience world-class surf or various sports and activities like city tours, cookery classes and much more!
- Half-day and full day excursions. You could see the Pyrenees, beautiful Saint-Jean-de-Luz and even cross the border to experience Spain!

Location
Just over 10 miles from the Spanish border sits the picturesque French town of Biarritz, famous for its beautiful beaches, world-class surf and elegant buildings. Queen Victoria liked Biarritz so much that she returned again and again, staying in the sumptuous palace built by Empress Eugenie, which is now a lavish hotel. You’ll never be bored on this French course for teenagers in Biarritz! The town boasts excellent sporting amenities, including golf, mini-golf, tennis, beach volleyball, and go-karting (15 years plus) facilities. You can even go horseback riding or try the local favourite - pétanque.
Our school in Biarritz is ideally located, just a five-minute walk from the sea and the town centre. Shops, cafés and stunning beaches are within easy reach! Classrooms have audio-visual equipment, making it easier for you to learn French in Biarritz this summer. The outdoor recreation area is perfect for socialising during break times and after lessons!

CourseYour French course in Biarritz will consist of 16 lessons every week, with all classes taking place in the mornings. Enjoy summer afternoons in Biarritz and meet teenagers from all over the world at our school! The only language spoken in class and by the activities organizers will be French, so you’ll get plenty of French practice! Our school’s teachers have all taught French for 10 years or more, and as well as having vast experience, they are all very friendly and patient.

ActivitiesOur school organises a varied program of activities to run alongside this French course for teenagers in Biarritz. A typical itinerary includes sports, trips to the beach and cookery classes, amongst other exciting activities. Or, you can choose our school’s professional surfing or body-boarding lessons, in which case you’ll spend three hours each day learning how to surf/bodyboard with professional instructors (all equipment provided), riding the waves!
Trips around the Biarritz area are also included in the price of this summer course. Visit the scenic seaside resort of Saint-Jean-de-Luz, the magnificent Pyrenees and France’s colourful neighbour, Spain!

Transfers
Upon your arrival at either Biarritz Airport or train station, your host family will collect you and show you to their home.
