Tarifa, in southern Spain is a great location for a young students course! For one thing, the cooling sea breezes off the Atlantic and Mediterranean mean that it rarely gets too hot. Tarifa is also a small, friendly and traditional beach town, making it an ideal environment for young students.
Our Spanish summer school in Tarifa takes place on a self-contained campus, with accommodation on site. You can choose either a two or four week Spanish course, enjoying either the kitesurfing or multiactivity programs. All students are given a level test on the first day to ensure they are placed at exactly the right level (this level test can also be completed online in advance of the course). The maximum class size at our school is 12 students, and the average size is just 7 students.
Our students are accommodated in comfortable dormitories, with 3 students per section. Students are placed together by age and gender.
Students are supervised 24 hours/day.
Activities such as volley ball, beach games, rockclimbing, movie-nights and barbecues are included in the cost of the course. If you choose the kitesurfing program, you’ll have 8 hours of professional kitesurfing lessons per week, replacing some afternoon activities. On both the multiactivity and kitesurfing programs, there will be at least 1 full day trip each week, taking in places such as Gibraltar, Cádiz or even Tangiers in Morocco!
Don’t forget your swimsuit, towel, and beach shoes for days at the beach, as well as walking shoes, gym shoes and waterproofs.
This total immersion Spanish summer course is suitable for students of all nationalities, aged 13-17 years.
Airport transfers from Malaga Airport are included in the cost of the course.
