French Christmas Course in Vichy
This famous spa town in central France is an ideal location for a French Christmas course. Here you’ll be close to the beautiful French countryside whilst still being able to enjoy the festive atmosphere in the town centre, which offers seasonal attractions such as the Place Charles de Gaulle Christmas Market. With a strong cultural heritage, Vichy is home to the Art Nouveau opera house, the magnificent Palais des Congrès, and Napolean III’s private chalets, making it the perfect destination for language lovers and culture vultures alike. Vichy is a relaxed, welcoming place with a distinctly ‘French’ feel. Along the tree-lined avenues you’ll find traditional boutiques, cosy cafés, and locally owned eateries. The pedestrianised centre makes it a peaceful place to spend an afternoon, and there’s plenty to do to entertain yourself!
This is one of the only French schools that stays open over the Christmas period, and it offers an extensive activity programme to give students a fully rounded insight into the French way of life. If you’re looking for an immersive experience away from home and an invaluable educational and cultural adventure, then attend a French course here in Vichy and see for yourself why this town is so popular!
