Details of the 50+ English & Culture Programme

The 50+ Programme in Cork combines 15 morning English lessons per week with a curated schedule of weekday afternoon activities and a full-day Saturday tour. Designed specifically for mature participants, the course offers a stimulating environment to develop core language skills while discovering the heritage of Cork and the surrounding region.

Morning classes run Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 13:00 (with a 20-minute morning break) and cover speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, and pronunciation. On your first day, you will complete a placement test to ensure you are placed in a class suited to your precise ability. Small interactive groups ensure individual attention from experienced, native-certified teachers.

This dedicated programme is structured as a 2-week course with fixed start dates.
