German Club 50+ courses, Kitzbühel

Our German Club 50+ courses in Kitzbühel take place at our German language school just outside the town centre. This cosy facility was founded in 1981 by a former ski instructor who knows the area well and remains the school’s director. Along with the warm and welcoming teachers, the director personally helps students from all backgrounds to feel at home in Kitzbühel. The language centre has 3 classrooms and is a short walk from several ski lifts, so winter sports enthusiasts won’t need to go far to have fun on the slopes! The school’s common room is often used for relaxed conversation sessions after lessons - giving you even more language practice - though students often head to one of the nearby cafés for a chat over a coffee. During your course you can stay in one of the traditional guest houses just a few minutes’ walk from the school, meaning you’ll be ideally placed to soak up the atmosphere in this famous Austrian town.

The school is surrounded by the glorious Alpine countryside; the nearby bus stop provides easy access to local towns and villages, and popular hiking trails are within walking distance from the school building. Just a few minutes’ drive down the road is the town centre with its traditional Austrian chalets, fashion boutiques, and variety of eateries serving authentic local fare. Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the extensive course just 15 minutes’ walk from the language centre, which has its own restaurant and spa. The school staff members know the town and surrounding area very well, and are happy to guide you on what not to miss during your stay here.

Our Kitzbühel language centre is a member of Campus Austria, an organisation dedicated to the preservation of Austro-German culture and the maintenance of its schools’ high standards of tuition and student care. The facility’s location in a renowned ski resort means that you’ll have the opportunity to meet lots of people from all over the world and put into practice the language skills you’ve learned in class. Meanwhile, the small size of the school means that you’re guaranteed to receive bespoke tuition and develop a great relationship with your teachers and fellow students.
