No matter the market, butchers and vegetables stands line the streets, providing a selection of high quality and local ingredients for your cooking endeavours.
Cookery course
The standard French course contains 20 French lessons per week and focuses on the development of four main skills: reading, writing, speaking and listening. Students will practice grammar, expand their vocabulary and train the ear to recognize the nuances of sounds within the French language. Additionally, students will be given a list of cooking specific vocabulary words to ensure that students of all levels can follow the cooking course. This course is available for a range of proficiencies, from levels A1 to C2.
The French language course in Montpellier is combined with a cooking course, which contains 8 cooking lessons per week. Students will learn to prepare a starter, main and a dessert in small groups, then will eat their dishes together with a glass of local wine at the end of the class.
