Club 50+ with Host Family
First rate teachers, very friendly and approachable. I progressed a lot during the two weeks. We had a good balance between learning to speak in Italian and learning the grammar. After a couple of days I was thinking in Italian. The other students on the course were at a similar level and we continued speaking Italian all the time. It really worked well.

Intensive 20 with Host Family
Excellent course with first-class friendly teachers. All in the 'advanced' group were of more or less equal level, so there were no frustrations. A plus was that we were all of different nationalities, so there was no speaking English at 'off' times!
I found Sorrento beautiful but terribly tourist-orientated. Speaking to our Italian teachers, this is a complaint frequently made by students following their courses.
- I. Robertson
I was very impressed with the curriculum and the enthusiasm and competence of the instructors. The school setting was wonderful and the staff was very helpful and accomodative.
I stayed with a host family. They were marvelous. Very kind, friendly, and helpful on many levels. My room was clean and the coffee was delicious.
I've been to three different language schools in Italy and without reservation, your method of teaching and the professionalism displayed from booking the course to finishing the course is par excellence. Well done. I look forward to another excursion with Apple Language Schools in the near future.

The course gave me exactly what I was looking for. I was put on the right level and got a good mix of grammar and conversation. Bravo Bianca e Lucia, my teachers! The administrators I mostly dealt with, Olga and Serena, were very friendly and helpful, thank you so much! The excursions to Capri and the Amalfi coast were very good, entertaining and informative.
- H. Von Hertzen
The course was great, all in Italian, with very nice and patient teachers. My accommodation was perfect, in a great location and with super nice family, they were very helpful and accommodating.
- D. Colquitt
The course was excellent and our teacher was fantastic. I elected to stay with a host family and the accomodation was great - very spacious and clean and I had my own room and bathroom with a separate entrance which suited me. Sorrento was a perfect location to do the school, the town itself is lovely and it's proximity to other places on the Amalfi Coast was ideal. Everybody and the school was very friendly and helpful.
- L. Harrland
Really enjoyed the school and Sorrento. The language content was just what I needed to improve and the atmosphere was great! I stayed with a charming family in a traditional Sorrento house right in the town. I had agreat time AND learnt some Italian! I may have to go again!
- I. Turner
I thought that the course was demanding but still enjoyable and contained a good degree of conversation practice, which is what I needed. Considering that the lessons were totally in Italian, all of the tutors were able to communicate what they wanted to in a very clear manner.
- J. Griffin
The teacher was a professional and experienced teacher. My accomodation was perfect. My host was a lovely lady with a nice apartment. She was a teacher before she retired, and puts a lot of effort in teaching her guests. The family made our Christmas very special for which we were grateful.

The accommodation was good and the family very nice indeed. This was an incredible experience. I was so impressed with the school and the staff were second to none. The extra activities offered were also well organised and of a high standard. The total experience was definitely one not to be missed, I'm so glad i decided to do it.

The teachers were so enthusiastic and tolerant of our efforts to speak Italian. The course was very well constructed so that you could practice an aspect of Italian in several ways so that it stayed interesting and fun. By the end of the week, I really felt I had mastered possessive pronouns!
