Our Spanish school in Sucre is located in the historic heart the city, in a colonial style building, just a short walk from the Main Square. The school has 8 classrooms, a video salon and a large internal patio – where students meet at break time and after their course.
Courses in Sucre
Available courses
Students can learn Spanish on a ‘Standard’ Spanish course (20 lessons/week), or on a ‘Super-Intensive’ Spanish course (30 lessons/week). You can also learn ‘Business Spanish’ on a ‘Business Spanish’ course (20 lessons/week). In all classes, there is a maximum of just 4 students, meaning lots of personal attention to every student.

Our Spanish language school in Sucre, Bolivia, arranges accommodation in carefully selected Spanish-speaking Bolivian host families. Most of the families live within 10-20 minutes’ walk of the school.
Alternatively, why not stay in the school’s on-site residence? This option is available on a self-catering basis, with access to a shared kitchen where students can cook meals together. Each room has its own private bathroom and there is also access to a student lounge where you can relax, a terrace with beautiful views over the city, BBQ facilities and free wifi access!
Activities
With an average of 2-3 activities offered per week, the optional activities programme at our school in Sucre will really allow you to delve deeper into the Bolivian culture! Typical activities tend to include visits to local places of interest, cookery or dance lessons, parties and Spanish film screenings!

I chose the private lessons and after 20 hours my Spanish had imroved greatly. Sucre is a most interesting town, from the historical point of view, and also allows you to make short trips over the weekend to other interesting towns.
