Learn Spanish in Mexico

Learn Spanish in Mexico, which has the largest population of Spanish-speakers in the world! The heartland of the Aztec Empire, Mexico was incredibly important to the Spanish, who ruled ‘New Spain’ (their North American colonies) from Mexico City! Mexico has so much to offer all who visit. As well as a fascinating, rich history, Mexico has one of the most unique cultures in the world, with a wide variety of literary, artistic and musical movements! Mexico is also home to some of the world’s best cuisine, including chocolate, invented by the Aztecs!

Mexico is always a very popular location amongst our students and this is why we offer Spanish courses in such a wide variety of locations! Mexico City is the nation’s capital and one of its most important cultural centres. Originally founded by the Aztecs, this city has seen many of the nation’s most important historical events, the echoes of which can be felt at every turn! If you wish to study in a large city, a great alternative is Guadalajara, a culinary centre and home to tequila and mariachi music!

If you wish to study Spanish in a city that will allow you to take a step back in time, perhaps artistic Oaxaca, with its beautiful colonial architecture and dramatic, mountainous surroundings would be more suited to you? Relax in between your lessons in Cuernavaca, a favourite summer residence amongst Aztec Emperors and, more recently, Mexico’s rich and famous! Combine your Spanish course with a Caribbean beach holiday in Playa del Carmen!
