The school is housed in an attractive, historic building, inside which you’ll find spacious, comfortable classrooms. Learn English in Bournemouth at your own pace! Our school offers a Standard course and an Intensive course, comprising 15 and 20 English lessons per week, respectively. Both programs cover every aspect of the language, paying particular attention to communicating in English. All of our school’s teachers are highly qualified, native English speakers, so you’ll receive first-class tuition!
Accommodation
Live with other students from the school in a shared residence, or become part of a local family! All accommodation includes three meals per day.
Both residences offer single room accommodation in the city centre, just a short walk from our school. One residence has en-suite rooms in apartments shared between six students, whilst apartments in the other residence house 18 students and have common bathrooms. Residence accommodation is a great way to meet lots of other students!
Our school takes great care when selecting its host families, choosing only the most friendly, capable families. Your new family will give you a warm welcome to England, and all the language practice you could wish for!
Supervision
You’ll be fully supervised for activities and excursions, as well as during English lessons. You can leave the campus in a group of three, provided you have the permission of your parents and the supervisor. Each residence has at least one supervisor living on-site.
Activities
To complement this English course for Young Students in Bournemouth, our school organises a full program of activities. Typical weekday activities include movie nights, ten-pin bowling, guided walks, language workshops and beach sports.
Excursions are arranged for the weekends, allowing you to see some more of England! You could be hunting for fossils on the Jurassic Coast, visiting historic Bath, marvelling at the spectacular cathedrals of Winchester and Salisbury, or seeing the sights in London!
Suitability
Bournemouth is a very safe town, blessed with perfect beaches, making it ideal for Young Students. It’s an especially attractive destination if you’re interested in watersports. You’ll need at least a basic understanding of the English language to enrol at our Bournemouth school.
