(16-17)The German Residential Summer School for Teenagers takes place in a charming villa in the centre of Berlin, surrounded by gardens. With its central location, it is a perfect choice for students wanting to learn German in Berlin.

Courses in Berlin (Villa)
There are 20 German lessons each week and lessons take place in the morning. Classes take place in the same building as the residence. All teachers are fully qualified and experienced in the teaching of German as a foreign language.
Accommodation
Full board accommodation is provided in on-site residences. The recently converted residences offer a high standard of accommodation, in relaxing surroundings, in the centre of Berlin. Students share rooms with 3-4 students with shared bathroom.
Supervision
Tutors and monitors live on-site, providing 24-hour care. Students are allowed out in the evenings in groups with parental permission. We ask all parents to complete a parental consent form giving their permission for students to go out in the evenings. Groups can be accompanied by a counsellor.
Activities
A choice of 2 cultural activities per day are included in the program (guided tours of interest in Berlin – New Reichstag, Potsdamer Platz, Berlin Wall, Checkpoint Charlie, rowing in Tiergarten Park). There is also 1 full day excursion each week (Potsdam, Sachsenhausen Island, Pfaueninsel).

This Residential Summer school is ideal for students who wish to learn German whilst accommodated in a campus-based Residence in the centre of Berlin.
How to get there
Airport transfers can be added to the package for an additional fee. Please note that flights should arrive and depart between 08:00 and 22:00 on Sundays to be eligible.

I had a really good time and I was surprised at how much I learnt. The people were also really friendly and I managed to make some really good friends who I'm planning to stay in touch with. The accommodation was great. The villa was lovely and located in a nice area which was only a 5 minute walk from the underground. The rooms were cosy and clean.
