If you choose to study on this German course for Young Students, you have three options for accommodation. Opt for on-site accommodation, and you will stay in one of our on-site guesthouses, or in the hostel, just a five minute walk away from the school. Both options offer convenience and comfortable, modern and well-furnished rooms. Breakfast and dinner at the residence are included, with lunch in the cafeteria offered at a discounted rate.
Or you might prefer to live with a German host family to totally immerse yourself in the language, culture and traditions of Germany. From the family home, you will have no more than a 50 minute commute to classes. Your German family will provide you with breakfast and you will have dinner on campus, with your fellow students.
Supervision

Activities
A packed activities program is included with the price of the course, giving you the chance to get to know Germany and other students, and test your German with the locals! On your first full day in Berlin, before your first German lessons, you’ll have a guided tour of the Prenzlauer Berg district where the school is, so that you can familiarize yourself with the area.
Other morning activities include cycling tours along the route of the Berlin wall, and shopping and sightseeing trips. In the evening, following your German lessons, teachers will introduce you to Berlin’s nightlife, or you can take part in sporting activities.
At the weekends, when you have more free time, you can join teachers and other students on full day-trips. One of the locations you can visit is Potsdam, a city rich in history, monuments and natural beauty.

I liked my teachers very much. The course was great. I feel I learned a lot for 4 weeks. It was nice being accommodated on a campus and so close to classes. The Prenzlauer Berg area is great, with lots of activity, restaurants, cafes, and night life. I really loved Berlin. The people are so friendly and laid back - very different than in the U.S. It was wonderful to meet, live with, and hang out with students from so many different countries.
