German summer course for Young Students in Berlin, Germany
(14-17)Berlin is an exciting city, with a fascinating past and rich cultural heritage. Important sites such as the Reichstag, Chancellor's Office and Brandenburg Gate are all located within a 15-minute walk of our school.
The Berlin Mitte area, where our school is located, is considered to be the most central district in the city. Berlin’s central train station is just a short 5 minute walk away, meaning that all other attractions that aren't within walking distance can easily be reached by public transport.
The school building has bright, well-equipped classrooms, a sky lounge with a spectacular view of the city, a rooftop terrace, a big garden, as well as student bedrooms.

Courses in Berlin
The course runs at every level, from elementary to advanced. You can study for two to seven weeks of your summer, with 20 German lessons each week. On average, there are just 12 students per class and the maximum class size is 15. So you will benefit from lots of individual attention from your teachers, and will quickly improve your German language skills. All of our teachers are native German speakers and have years of experience in teaching German to young foreigners.
Accommodation
You’ll share an en-suite room in our on-site residence with other students from the school (some rooms have four beds, and twin rooms are available at a supplement). As breakfast, lunch and dinner included every day, you certainly won’t go hungry! In your free time, you can browse the Internet or socialise and practise your German with your fellow international students.
Bed linen and towels are provided. A laundry service is available at extra cost.
Supervision
Staff at our residence are available 24 hours a day, always ready to help resolve any problems that you may have.
Activities
Every afternoon and evening you’ll have a great time taking part in our school’s activities program. On your first night in Berlin there will be a welcome party, giving you the chance to get to know your fellow students! Throughout your time on this German course for Young Students in Berlin, you’ll make many friends playing football, volleyball, badminton and other sports. The program also includes a tour of Berlin, theatre performances and disco nights.
Each Saturday is devoted to exploring different parts of Berlin and Germany. You could visit the picturesque city of Potsdam, lake Wannsee on Berlin’s outskirts or the Berlin borough of Charlottenburg, famous for its royal palace and many museums.
Suitability
Regardless of your level of German and your interests, you’ll really enjoy yourself and learn lots of German on this course! It’s perfect for 14-17 year-olds who want to discover another way of life and another language this summer.
How to get there
Transfers are not included in the cost of the course, but our school can arrange to transport you to and from any of Berlin’s airports, for an additional fee.
