If you want to have fun, improve your Spanish skills, meet students from across the world, and experience Spanish culture in a beautiful coastal location, this is the course for you!
School
Lessons for children take place on a typical Spanish finca (camp/ranch) surrounded by pine trees, which creates a tranquil atmosphere for study and entertainment. Just 5 miles from the centre of Marbella and only a 15-minute walk from the beach, the finca is ideally placed to offer a protective and fun learning environment.
The school teaches Spanish to non-native students and English to local Spanish children, meaning that teenagers booking onto this course will have the opportunity to practise their Spanish with people their own age.
The finca’s central building houses the dormitories, the dining hall, and a residential area for counsellors and coaches - this means that staff are always on-hand to meet your child’s needs. Students’ dormitories are air-conditioned and furnished with bunk beds and closets, and accommodate 8 - 10 students per room. Children are grouped according to age and gender.
Other facilities include: a large swimming pool; showers; a covered, multi-purpose sports area; a paddleball court; 2 football fields; a basketball court; a handball court; and 2 stables. There is also a news-stand and game hall. During their time at the camp, students have the option to take coaching lessons in football, golf, tennis, paddleball, swimming or horse riding. These sessions are offered at extra cost and should be booked in advance.
Marbella
Marbella has long been synonymous with wealth and glamour and many well-known celebrities own property in the area - it is not unusual to spot some famous faces along Marbella’s Golden Mile. The strip, which stretches for 4 miles and runs from the western edge of the city into Puerto Banus, gets its name not just from its golden beaches but also from its palatial homes and estates.
Behind the glitz and glamour, Marbella has a youthful feel that contrasts with its rich history. Its Casco Antiguo (‘Old Town’) includes the remains of an ancient Moorish castle and 10th-century city walls, as well as Orange Tree Square, which was built around 1490 and has buildings dating back to the 16th century. Not far away, you can stroll along the Paseo Maritimo, the seaside promenade stretching along the coast. Its 6km of boardwalk, shops, restaurants, and palm trees offer not just a feeling of contentment, but also an insight into the modern lifestyle of the Marbellís.
Between the vibrant Alameda Park and the marina, Avenida del Mar can be found. This broad avenue is lined with palm trees and sculptures designed by the infamous Salvador Dalí and local artist Eduardo Soriano. Marbella is also home to 24 beaches stretching a whopping 17 miles in total. Many of these beaches have won Blue Flag awards for their cleanliness, safety, and quality of services, and each offers golden sands, moderate surf, and the chance to broncearse (lit. “bronze oneself”) beneath the Mediterranean sun.
How to get there
The closest airport to Marbella is Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport. A transfer service on arrival and/or departure can be arranged for an additional fee. We may also be able to arrange extra nights on arrival and/or departure to fit in with students’ flights.
Students should plan to arrive in Marbella on the Sunday before their lessons are due to start and leave on the Saturday after their lessons have finished.

The course was very good, I picked up a lot of grammer that I didn't know before, and I became a lot more confident in speaking the language. I found the teachers very helpful and very friendly, they were open to ideas and opinions as well.
