You’ll soon fall in love with Malta and its delightfully relaxed way of life!
English and Maltese are the official languages of this beautiful land, with English spoken by 88% of the population and increasingly used as a first language. Britain governed Malta for over 150 years, following the rules of the Phoenicians, Greeks, Romans, Fatimids, Italians and countless other cultures. From 5000 year-old megalithic temples to the exquisite churches of Valetta, the hand of history can be seen everywhere in Malta. Valetta is the Maltese capital and plays host to centuries-old forts, atmospheric back streets and tempting restaurants.
Along the coast to the north of Valetta lie the lively towns of Sliema and St. Julian’s, where two of our English language schools are based. In both Sliema and St. Julian’s, you can enjoy excellent conditions for watersports, stroll along scenic promenades or party the night away! Our other school is on Gozo, the second largest Maltese island. Rural Gozo remains completely unspoilt by tourism and is a great place to experience the Maltese culture.
You can take an English course in Malta whether you’re a complete beginner, or already have an advanced level of English. Our schools offer programs for all levels, lasting for between one week and 36 weeks. Simply choose the course that best suits you!
