French and Water Sports in Morzine

In Morzine, we offer you the chance to combine your French studies with a variety of different water sports, such as white-water rafting, canyoning, white-water swimming and even kayaking! Take a Semi Intensive French + Water Sports course with us in Morzine, where you can make the most of tempting waters in the mornings and sharpen up on your French skills in the afternoons.

French and Water Sports
On our French and Water Sports course, you will receive 15 French lessons per week, which take place in the afternoons. Each lesson lasts one hour, and there will be a maximum of 10 students in each group.
In the mornings, enjoy optimal river conditions and practise a variety of water sports. Water sports sessions take place on three mornings each week and may include white-water rafting, white-water swimming, canyoning and kayaking. Sessions last for half a day and take place in groups, so you won’t miss the opportunity to meet like-minded adventurers to share your experience with!
This course is available throughout July and August.
Course Duration: 1-4 weeks
Level: Suitable for students of all levels.
Accommodation
- Stay with a French host family to ensure that you get a fully-immersive experience during your time in Morzine. You can choose between bed and breakfast or half-board options.
- To meet fellow students, choose the shared apartment option. You will stay in a private room with shared living facilities.
Activities
To help you make the most of your time in Morzine, our school arranges a weekly social programme, offering a wide range of activities and excursions. In the summer, you can take part in mountain biking, cycling, paragliding, hiking, climbing, wine-tasting, French conversation groups, market days, excursions to nearby towns and cities (Geneva, Chamonix, Annecy, Evian, Thonon, Yvoire, etc.), and much more!
How to get there
Most of our students fly into Geneva, which is the closest airport to Morzine (around 90 minutes by car). Optional airport transfers from/to Geneva can be arranged at an additional cost.
