Mendoza
Mendoza lies in beautiful countryside, close to several national parks, in the foothills of the Andes Mountains, an ideal location in which to learn Spanish and from which to explore Argentina. For those interested in outdoor pursuits, there are excellent opportunities for rafting, kayaking, sailing, windsurfing and most outdoor sports – all combined with your Spanish course. You can also divide your Spanish course between Mendoza and our 4 other schools in Argentina – Cordoba, Bariloche, Ushuaia, Buenos Aires - thus seeing 5 very different sides of the country. Argentina is a large country, made up of very distinct regions and if you learn Spanish in more than one location, you not only get used to the different accents with which Spanish is spoken in different parts of Argentina, but also see more than one part of this spectacular country.

| Excursion into the mountains |
Our Spanish language school in Mendoza is near the Parque Civico, to the south of the city centre. There are five classrooms, a library, common room, dining room and terrace area. The school also has Internet access. You can learn Spanish on a Standard Spanish language course of 20 lessons/week, or if you want to learn as much Spanish as possible during your course in Mendoza, study on a Super Intensive Spanish language course of 20 group lessons and 10 private lessons/week. If you want to learn about Latin American culture you can do a Spanish & Latin American Literature/Art/History course, or a Spanish & Tango course. You can learn Business Spanish on a Business Spanish Course. The maximum group size at our school in Mendoza is just 6 students per class, providing lots of personal attention to every student. Our school in Mendoza organizes Volunteer Work or Work Experience in local companies for students who want to stay on in Argentina after finishing their course at the school. |

Our Spanish language school in Mendoza arranges accommodation in carefully selected Argentine host families. Our school advises students who want to learn Spanish as quickly as possible to stay in host families, as the families speak Spanish to the students, helping students to learn the language skills they study in class. Like our other schools in Argentina, our school in Mendoza also offers an extensive cultural program, with tango classes, Argentine cookery, visits to typical Argentine restaurants, parties, Spanish language film evenings and excursions. This program ensures that students enjoy their time in Mendoza, as well as helping them practice out of class the Spanish that they learn at our school. Our Spanish language school in Mendoza can arrange airport transfers from Mendoza Airport, if you would like to be met on arrival and taken to your accommodation.
