Life in Milan never stops!
One of my favourite things in Milan is the nightlife! Usually it starts at 20.00 with the typical Happy Hour. In every bar and pub of the city the lunch counter is full of every kind of delecacy, from appetizers, to pasta, and Italian cheese. The Iguana Cafe is the happy hour par excellence! After the aperitif, all the people meet in the various restaurants of the Navigli and the centre, to taste every kind of food, not only Italian, but Brazilian, Mexican, Spanish, Chinese, Taiwanese… To keep on with the evening, everybody moves on to the most trendy discos of the area, where music and fun are guaranteed!
The Holliwood, in Corso Como, is the traditional disco in Milan, where celebrities, tourists and students meet. Then there is the Just Cavalli cafe, a pub created by the eccentric Tuscany fashion designer Roberto Cavalli, located in the Parco Sempione area. Here all the smart and classy people from Milan get together.
From the elegant clubs with soft music, you can pass to the Rolling Stone, the other traditional disco in Milan, that offers Rock, R’n’B, Hip-hop and House music.
But Milan is not only pure amusement. It is considered the ultimate Italian Fashion City where you can find all the international fashion designers, such as Dolce e Gabbana, Gucci, Prada, Armani, Missoni, Ferretti. These are only some of the names of the fashion brands that find inspiration in this city.
The fashion shows never stop! There are always new ideas to discover, create and offer to the public, tourist or not, people are always looking for new styles, elegance, savoir-fair, class and luxury.
Walking around Piazza Duono, where all the famous brands are located, at few minutes walk from the school, you can often meet celebrities, models and footballers going shopping!

Hey!
I am now quite curious about visiting Milan. I had my first visit to Italy recently and I loved it, I’m planning on going there again and I will definitely include Milan or ‘Milano’ in my route 🙂
Ciao!
Hi!
Aperitivo is definitely one of the best things we have in Italy, we are crazy about it, sometimes our aperitivi last for 3 hours (and sometimes we skip dinner afterwards)! Milan is famous for aperitivo, there are pubs dating back centuries ago and they have carried on this tradition. It is something that visitors must try!
