Some dispute its second city status when compared with Birmingham. However, Manchester is without doubt one the of the most important and popular cities in the United Kingdom. A beta to London’s alpha world city status.
There is an incredibly large variety of things to do in the large English metropolis of Manchester. It really has something for everyone and is also England’s second most visited city.

Hello everyone! I’d like to give you a small introduction to Münster, one of the most liveable cities in the world. It even won an award for that in 2004, and is still, to this day, famous for its quality of life. One reason for this is its friendly and helpful people. Another main reason is its eco-friendly methods of transportation.
Boston is known as ‘America’s Walking City’. It is Massachusetts’ capital and the largest city. It is a place where people can do almost everything by foot. Part of this is due to the huge student population, almost one fifth of all residents! Boston might not be the most popular or glamorous American city such as New York City, Washington or LA. But, like many state capitals in America, Boston a very significant place!
Mexico City! A Latin metropole that has the perfect balance between historical and the modern society. This city offers an incredible insight in to Mexico’s rich history. A history that spans over two millennia!
Kraków, situated in the south of Poland, is the country’s second largest city. It has an exceptionally well preserved medieval centre with a beautiful, large market square. Kraków was also the European city of culture, an accolade it received at the turn of the millennium. It is home to 28 museums and various other art galleries and collections.
One of our wonderful students, Sue, has just returned from her second language course with Apple Languages! Sue travelled with us to Havana back in 2016 and returned to us recently to continue her Spanish studies. This time she chose the incredible location of Santo Domingo.
